Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days.
In a situation where an item is broken while being used properly due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item in question so long as it is covered under the manufacturer warranty for the reason a return is being requested. Certain items and conditions do not qualify for replacement under manufacturer warranty and such items are not eligible to return. In most cases where an item is damaged in use we can assist facilitating a warranty replacement with the manufacturer.

Shipping
Most orders will ship from Fort Wayne, Indiana, however, we have multiple fulfillment centers throughout the United States.
For domestic customers in the contiguous United States (the 48 excluding Alaska and Hawaii), we are offering FREE shipping on ALL items listed on our website. We will also offer same day handling for orders placed prior to 8PM EST if the product is in stock.
All shipping will be handled by UPS or USPS, special shipping considerations and carriers can be requested or will be used when needed.
